❊About Lexie

Supporting Moms through pregnancy, birth and postpartum

Hi, I’m Lexie, the heart behind LO Birth Co. I’m a wife, mama to our sweet daughter Elliott, and a doula serving families here in beautiful North Idaho, where I’ve called home for the past six years.

My passion for birth began after experiencing my own — a long and challenging labor at a birth center that taught me the strength of a supported mother. The care and encouragement I received through that journey changed me, and it’s what inspired me to walk alongside other women as they bring life into the world.

When I’m not supporting families, you can usually find me sipping coffee, spending time outside, or traveling to visit family.

As a doula, my heart is to bring calm, faith-filled support to each birth I attend — reminding every mother that she is capable, created for this, and never alone.

❊ Testimonials

“Lexie was an invaluable part of my birth team for my twin girls. Being my first pregnancy I did not know what to expect, especially having twins. Lexie helped me navigate my birth experience with grace and understanding. She advocated for me when I couldn’t voice my own desires, stepped back when I needed space, and was a constant presence that wrapped my husband and I in love as we welcomed our babies earth side. Even when my birth did not go as expected, she helped me honor my values, while still being flexible with the practical outworking of my birth plan. I cannot recommend her enough!”

“Lexie was my doula for my first pregnancy in January 2026, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beginning, she was incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive—she made me feel more like a friend than just a client.

As a mom herself, Lexie was able to relate to what I was going through in such a genuine way. I really appreciated being able to ask her about her own experiences and get thoughtful, reassuring input while creating my birth plan. She always respected my preferences and helped me feel confident in my decisions.

During labor, her support meant everything. When I ultimately chose to get an epidural after laboring for a while, I never felt judged—only supported. She helped me slow down, think clearly, and make the decision that felt right for me in that moment.

Lexie is also incredibly knowledgeable about the labor process, including positioning and techniques to help things progress, which made a big difference in my experience.

I’m so grateful to have had her by my side and will absolutely be calling her again when it’s time for baby number two! 😊”
